Manchester Home Inspector Services Ltd will carry out an inspection of your property, taking account of the Age, Construction, Insulation, Heating, Air Conditioning, Lighting usage and any Renewable Sources.

A report will be compiled which will include a floor plan, diagrams of energy usage and recommendations for improvements. There will be step by step diagrams showing the effects of each recommendation on energy consumption so that the improvements can be prioritised, and estimated payback periods will be included.

Additionally, the report will also include a FREE COMMERCIAL EPC (Energy Performance Certifcate) which will be valid for 10 years. Should you decide to sell or rent out the building within those 10 years, you wont have the hassle of commissioning a last minute EPC.
